Can you only get blockers and eostrogen on prescription or are there places you can buy them.

I don't really want to go to my doctors

All manner of potions can be obtained from the internet, but beware! There's no guarantee that what you're getting is genuine, or indeed, that you'll get anything at all.

If you do obtain hormones from a non-prescription source, you should tell your doctor what you're doing.

I agree with Reenie 100%. Always best to get them from a reputable and reliable source and not just buy what looks cheapest or easiest. Prescription is always the best and least expensive way to go, and being able to open up to your GP etc about yourself is a valuable step towards your confidence in the future you!
