What you're saying you have actually sounds quite normal.
-the coldest time of the day and night is just before dawn
-people's sensitivity to cold and heat changes depending on the time of day or night it is
-having a low pulse when you've been sleeping/resting is very normal - you're not doing enough to need to raise th pulse!
-the more active you are, the easier it is to maintain an adequate body temperature. Thus if you've been lying in bed for several hours, you are likely to feel cooler
