Well you're not *supposed* to
But my friend has told me about this https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/4318/
Which apparently allows you, using firefox, to download youtube vids

the easiest way is not to use their plugin and use this link instead
http://www.mediapirate.org/
then just post the youtube or media page hyperlink
i will stick to my CAMASTIA RECORDER AND AUDIO RECORD WIZARD
with them two you can copy anything that appears on your screen
in fact thats what they used for their lesson on how to use media pirate - or similar X)P _________________ Man [...] must count no one but himself; that he is alone, abandoned on earth in the midst of his infinite responsibilities, without help, with no other aim than the one he sets himself, with no other destiny than the one he forges for himself on this earth." I dowloaded FireFox yesterday to see what all the fuss is about and it does seem slightly faster and better in some ways but it seems to me that the forums look different on FireFox the writing looks different. To be honest though to me it doesn't seem all that different from IE7 but I know very little about browsers anyway. _________________ Chrissy

unlike IE7 Firefox is multi platform so workes with Windows 98
That a big plus
IE7 only works with Windows SP2 _________________ Man [...] must count no one but himself; that he is alone, abandoned on earth in the midst of his infinite responsibilities, without help, with no other aim than the one he sets himself, with no other destiny than the one he forges for himself on this earth." FireFox is supposed to be much safer than IE, since it has less holes, so to speak.
Thanks for the links, Skyler and Ice! I'll certainly join the pirates

once you download the file you will need a program to play it

Sounds like your web browser is set up fine, but your word processor isn't. Not a printer problem, therefore.
Try looking at File > Print / Page Setup and make sure that it's looking at the printer and not trying to print to a file or fax machine. _________________ The Daily Turnout - King of the Throne Room

I tried that and it looked ok. What I think it is is I might have run out of black ink I thought I had black though cus it prints out on pics ok. But I changed the document I was trying to print from black writing to blue and it worked
Thanks very much for the help tho Reenie. Always appreciated

In pics it likely uses all ink colours together to make it look black
If so then it wouldn't make a difference to have an empty black cartridge when printing images

Ok I'm a Nidiot and I've broken my cookies. Now I keep coming up against things telling me that I've set my browser to block them. But I swear I put them back the way they were and it was fine before! Someone tell me what to set them to. I've got windows XP and IE7, I think. _________________ Check out the Tzone team bios (including mine!) at: http://www.transgenderzone.com/bio.htm

What did you dooooo (well I guess if you knew that you wouldn't have to ask lol)
Go to Tools/Internet Options and click the Privacy tab and see what your settings are at. If they are set to be blocking all cookies change it to a setting where it's not. If there's nothing wrong with your settings there then I have no idea what you've done

That's just it. I've looked at the settings, and as far as I can tell I'm allowing everything. I've also tried changing the settings to make them identical to the one's on Mole's log in. I've tried putting them to default. I've tried putting them to Low. Nothing works! _________________ Check out the Tzone team bios (including mine!) at: http://www.transgenderzone.com/bio.htm
