I have read that Fenugreek can make you grow breasts. Has anyone experienced any results and proof of this before I go spending my hard earned money on some.
I am already an A cup naturally and have never taken blokers or hormones of any kind. So there must be a little breast tissue there and I want to enhance it

No it won't work, and if it did, few people would want to eat in Indian restaurants!

There is a big market for bogus, costly, plant extracts and "supplements" claimed to be of use to trans women, largely aimed at the fantasist who may be too embarrassed to take legal action when the 'products' fail to work.

Nothing short of pharmaceutical sex steroids - such as ethinyl estradiol and 17-b estradiol - in pills or transdermal patches - will have any significant effect on breast development, and there is quite often little enough of that even with these.

This isn't something to get involved with unless you are very confident in wanting visible, permanent feminization of your body, and the disorganization of your endocrine system, with attendant risks such as thrombo-embolic disorders and depressive illness.

There are certain plants that have a very mild estrogenic action. These are known as phytoestrogens. As Stella has noted, the unscrupulous prey on transwomen who are too shy to approach their GP.

Phytoestrogens are known to compete with estrogens in the body and may therefore actually reduce the effectiveness of any prescribed estrogens that one is taking.

Eschew the mountebankery of the quacksalvers!

Heed Stella's warning, too. This venture is not to be taken lightly. I looked long and hard at my first pill before I swallowed it. I wondered whether it might kill me. A month or so later I developed muscle cramps, particularly in my calf muscles. I had PMS when I ran out of pills one time and I didn't realise just how sensitive breasts could be as they grow.

On no account should you smoke when taking estrogens.

If you want to be able to live as male but dress as female then taking female hormones really isn't a good idea at all.

I wouldnt suggest going for anything other than bonafide prescription hormones, though even they dont work for everyone. I paid loads for non prescription and saw no results at all, not even bigger nipps! but within 2 months of starting prescription (premarin) I saw effects and even though I eat next to nothing and lose weight like nobody I know, I've steadily budded and now my chest is unrecogniseable as male to be honest (when nekkid Razz).

As Hellfrozeover said though, if you intend simply to cross dress then you obviously are not comfortable enough with your transgender side to really go changing physically.
Personally, I'm happy being transexual and live as such: I live androgynously, dress androgynously, act androynously, probably spell terribly and the only reason i'll ever swap out my genitalia is for purely practical reasons rather than sexual motivation.

Give it some thought and decide on what you truly are before you jump into a fantasy Smile
