Rape fantasy fiend gets NHS sex swap

A DISTURBED female mental patient who has fantasies about raping other women is being allowed a sex change.

Taxpayers face a £2,500 bill to turn the middle-aged patient into a man.

The treatment is already halfway through, with both breasts having been removed. A hysterectomy is now due.

The patient has had hormone treatment for ten years and is accepted as a man at his top security hospital.

A source warned last night: “He is now closer to being able to carry out his fantasy of raping women. He is in limbo at the moment, halfway between a man and a woman.

“He is one step away from carrying out what he wants — and it is you and me paying.”

The Sun has been banned from naming either the patient or the institution where he is housed after his lawyers argued it would breach his human rights.

He was jailed for threatening to kill his psychiatrist and key worker before being detained under the Mental Health Act.

His previous convictions are believed to include kidnap and threats to rape women.

The source went on: “This patient has made it quite clear that a reason for wanting a sex change is so that he is able to kidnap and rape.

“He threatened that if he is not given a full change he will get pregnant, which would cause a scandal.”

The patient has lived as a male since a teenager and has been diagnosed with Gender Identity Disorder.

Hospital bosses are thought to fear being sued on human rights grounds if they deny him a full sex change.

This one's a week or so old. It slipped through the net somehow.

Typical Sun reporting. It fails to point out that the consequence of this individual being held in a top security hospital is that they are unlikely to be released, so their fantasies are of academic interest only.

It is surprising that they have been diagnosed at all. Perhaps the diagnosis that keeps them incarcerated is not of a delusional nature.

Also, we have the old chestnut:

No it isn't, its coming from NHS funds. Once we pay our taxes, the money is no longer ours. By analogy, your boss has no business complaining if you donate part of your wages to Greenpeace, for example, if he happens to disapprove of it. Once he's paid you, it's your money, not his.

we have no access to his confidential medical records and i suggest all of this is third hand information gleaned from 'friends' and acquaintances

after all if this reporter has seen those medical records then where did he see them and if so then that doctor should be stuck off

also if this person is being treated for GID then he is clearly working with doctors and they must be safe to do so

so this doesnt make sense

lastly ,ost phalloplasty require the male to iflate implants

so hardly a perfect rape scenario - hey darlin wait a sec whilst i attend to 'inflation issues' - oh and if you could lift my scrotum and play with my man clit a while i would appreciate it - good grief rape is about power and he could have carried this out already - he wouldnt 'broadcast it'

a person can and do have mental breakdowns and will try any avenue say anything to get the treatment they need - this does not mean the person will carry out such fantasies - he may well look back at this in a few years and feel ashamed at what he said - if infact he said it of course
