Hi Emily, and welcome.
I would say from the bottom, i think the idea is create an arch. Also my mum told me off when i said i pucked some hair off the top of my eyebrows

yup. Leave the tops alone.
Thing which I learned was that it hurts less when you take a hot shower first and you pull in the direction of the hair. I dont know for sure, but I dont think you touch the ones near the middleof your face much (unless they join ) _________________ I look back at most of my life and think "WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?!??"

i'd see the easiest thing would be to go to a beauticans first (say you're in a play or doing drag or something if you're pre-going out) and then once they've done it in their perfect way you can pluck the hairs as they grow back, instead of guessing how to do the whole arch thing. _________________ forum moderator

The middle ones can be adjusted too. If your eyes are close together then taking them back a bit further helps creat the illusion that your eyes aren't as close to one another. The opposite goes for far appart eyes(I think) but be subtle about it . _________________ Hellfrozeover be a pirate and a Transgenderzone moderator.

Careful not to go too thin and end up with that 'surprised look' all the time as it takes time to grow back X) _________________ Man [...] must count no one but himself; that he is alone, abandoned on earth in the midst of his infinite responsibilities, without help, with no other aim than the one he sets himself, with no other destiny than the one he forges for himself on this earth."
