it depends what site you buy off, but the usual sizes i've seen in prosthetics for flaccid dicks are 3'', 3.5'', 4'', 4.5'' and 5.5''.

but you wouldn't want any bigger than that, the 5.5'' is far too big for a flaccid cock in my opinion, that's only half an inch below the average male erect dick- so yeah, don't go for that one unless you want to look excited.

Flaccid = soft. Soft packers are used to create a realistic bulge in your pants, not for penetration - you need to be hard packing for that. There are, however, some soft packs that have erectile devices that can be fitted; I've never tried one of them though so I've no idea if they're any good or not.

Ahh ok I get you, this may seema silyl question but after surgery and say you go the fill works below the waist.

Will the penis operate as normal, like the way you urinate, will you be able to get an erection etc?

An erection is done by having an inserction of rods that have to be infalted to give that erection.

And yes you can pee through the penis, after they connect the uthera, but NOT always frome the tip.

It can never operate in the same way as a biological penis would. The erectile tissue in a penis is unique, and can't be replicated. An erectile device such as the rods that TFK mentioned would usually be fitted in the last stage of phalloplasty. However, erections will always have to be done manually, using some sort of pump device.

With the urethral hook-up, it is possible to pee standing up. However, the hook-up doesn't always work properly, and not everyone has the hook-up.

Many - in fact, probably most - transguys don't ever have any lower surgery at all. The options aren't great, and the problems that can happen if anything goes wrong are pretty massive. Personally, I haven't decided yet whether it's something I'd want to pursue or not - and it's not something I'm going to rush into thinking about. It's so far down the line that whilst I know a bit about the various options available, I haven't given it much serious thought yet.

A single sock folded up does wonders too - looks just the same when you're wearing jeans, and it doesn't matter if it accidentally falls out in public! Again though, a warning against using 2 socks...

I've only got mine to go by and thats about 3" when flacid. I think I'm about average. I agree with the advice about choosing something too big. It looks really odd when someone has an unnaturally large bulge downstairs.

i wudnt go anywhere near anything bigger than 4" (except for erect, then its double that ) i will probs end up getting the 4" in the end cuz its only a quarter of an inch bigger than average but ill see whats its like wearing a cheaper 3.5" first.

just a thought... do you end up looking permanently exicited after phallo then?!
