Im a big film buff so I thought id do a post about films. Thought id start with the last one we watched.
I bought Brokeback mountain the other day. Not one id usually watch but it got good reviews and won loads of awards so thought it maybe worth a watch.
I was pleasantly suprised. I really enjoyed it.

The last film I watched was "Employee of the month". It is an American comedy about 2 guys that work in a supermarket and they are trying to impress a new girl that apparently only dates the employee of the month. One of the guys always gets the employee of the month award and is really a quite annoying character and the other guy who is more attractive and quite cool is just such a lazy guy but he changes his ways to try to win the girl. It is really really funny and the sort of film you can laugh out loud to. I'd definitely recommend it. _________________ Chrissy

The last film I saw was The Wicker Man, the new version with Nicholas Cage. What can I say? It wasn't great. I had thought up so many different possibilities and all they did was burn him in the end. I suppose it must've been alright at the time...
The other thing is Nicholas Cage ALWAYS plays himself. Does anyone else notice that?
I'm off to see Spiderman 3 this weekend. _________________ "We burn the fat off our souls... Hemingway said that..."

Employee of the month. I wanted to watch that, but I never got round to going the pics to see it. Still its one I would deffo look out for. If for nothing else other than to watch Jessica Simpson
Wicker man. I have that on dvd. I hadnt seen the original so the Nicholas Cage one was all I had to go off. I thought it was a pretty average film. I was disappointed with the ending tho.
Spiderman 3. I went the pics to see that on monday. I thought it was a very very good film. Abit too long for my liking. I think they tried to pack too much into it. I thought it dragged abit in places. The 2nd half of the film is deffo what makes the film as good as it is. Brilliant effects too.

Being John Malkovich.
It was on Film 4 last night, and it is still one of the weirdest films that i've seen, especially the bit when John malkovich goes into his own mind . If you've not seen it, watch this strange little film, i think it is a modern classic. _________________ Out out!! You demons of stupidity!! - Saint Dogbert

Last night I went to Blockbuster and rented 3 dvds and bought 1.
Ones I watched last night were:
Texas chainsaw massacre: The beginning.
Ive got the first one (remake not original) on dvd so I wanted to watch this one. I thought it was an ok film. Few bits i was thinking why oh why did you do that It was very bloody and gory but overall a decent film.
A boy girl thing:
Not normally my cuppa tea. As I class this as a chick flick. I thought it was funny and well worth a watch. It was funny to see how the opposite sex react when waking up in each others bodies. I particulary liked the part were the girl (now in the boys body) woke up with a hard on and proceeded to bash it with a stick or summit to get it down
I also got Employee of the month which im goin to watch 2day. And I bought A knights tale, ive seen it loads of times but I really like it.
