Hiya. This is going to be a strange one I think. Seeing as though I dont recall giving birth in the last few days, I'm wondering what the heck's going on.
Basicly, I've been on Hormones since March and yes, I've finaly started to get some breast growth going on. The strange thing is, I've just noticed that my nipples are leaking this clear, oily stuff that for all the world looks like sweat but doesnt smell. Even after I've dried it all off, if I have any pressure on the boob then it starts leaking out again. It's not painful or anything, but I'm certainly confused. _________________ I look back at most of my life and think "WHAT THE HELL WAS I THINKING?!??"

Another mtf told me the exact same thing happened. Apparently, this outed her because she wasn't fulltime at that point. I think it's a normal result of your changing hormone balance and breast growth, and will settle down once the breast growth phase goes past a certain point.
Uhm, it also happened to me for a short time during my original puberty, due to some weird hormone balances, which sadly mostly reverted. _________________ The boobs are just a set of metaphors.

This is called galactorrhoea.
It is most often caused by hyperprolactinaemia - elevated levels of the peptide hormone prolactin, which is produced mainly [but not exclusively] by the pituitary gland.
Hyperprolactinaemia is common enough in trans folk taking contra-endocrine hormones, but is also often associated with anti-psychotic drugs, [used in the management of schizophrenia spectrum or bipolar spectrum disorders] the use of the antacid cimetidine ("Tagamet"] and other medicines.
If the galactorrhoea persists, I would suggest obtaining medical advice, since galactorrhoea very occasionally may be a symptom of serious underlying disease, such as pituitary adenoma, a type of brain tumour.

During the time while I was living with my ex I was put on anti-psychotic tablets. After a couple of weeks my ex noticed summit comin out of my moobs. I checked and she was right
Each time I squeezed the moob milk would shoot out....I was freaked out by this (as you can imagine) but later on that day I found it funny as heck to squirt my ex when she wasnt expecting it Needless to say I stopped taking them tablets straight away and it soon stopped happening.
If I was you id keep an eye on it and if it doesnt stop or gets worse id seek advice from your GP.

i'm in a fix with this problem, its a side effect of one of the stomache tablets i'm on, but as this is the best mix of tablets yet i don't wanna stop taking them.
but it gets me really fricikng depressed sometimes, specially when theres a wetpatch on my binder as ive been leaking. _________________ 僕は男の人です
