The Gender Identity booklet that was originally produced in Scotland a few years ago has had a 2nd, updated edition published. You can download a copy of it in pdf format from http://www.lgbthealth.org.uk/publications.php

I've only had a quick skim through it, but that looks excellent! I shall bookmark it to read at a later date - and pass on to anyone looking for information.
