There is no way you can gauruntee anything I'm afraid. We've got all the same resources available to us that cis-gender girls have. That's estrogen, progesterone and if you're still not happy, surgery.
There is no magic pill to get perfect breasts. Chances are like everyone else, there'll be some impertections like one bigger than the other, they're too big or too small or they're a funny shape. It happens to all girls, trans and cisgendered alike I'm afraid. As I said though, if it's really such an issue then the option of surgery is there perhaps.
Personaly though, I'm happy with mine even if one is bigger than the other. It's natural and normal.

Indeed. Stay away from the surgeons and they will remain natural.

Just a thought: why do male doctors automatically assume we'll be having implants? The endo assumed as much when I saw him and so did my GP in Somerset.

Mine are a handful either side and a pleasing shape. So, they look small compared to the rest of me, but so what? I like them as they are.

It obviously differs with each person and your genes but hormones alone I believe are the best way to get good breasts. An added bonus is knowing that they are 100% natural and part of you

try ann summers they do a bra called oh so enchanced ( £20) wich has gell inserts inside it- dont wear it for more than 8hrs at a go it blooming hurts as the inserts can become heavy. or the do sillicone bra inserts aswell for about £8 i got both when i wernt happy with my natural female shape then decided id rather b a man.

I agree with Emrock on hormones. I'm a 36B just now. I'd rather be bigger but the thing is, they're mine and if they stay this size, I don't think I'd get implants since these ones are mine.

If you're not going down the full transition route, false ones might be the best idea though .

After seeing a plastic surgeon destroying a young womans breasts reported on a News Program on TV, I rather keep mine as they are even if they are a size 18C I woudn't risk deformaties as a result it's just not worth it

What was written -

Measure the area under the fold of your breast (or where it would be) in inches and add four (for me it's 32 add 4 which is 36). Then measure around the fullest part (38 on me). Subtract the underbust from the overbust (38-36) and ever inch over is a cupsize. 1 is A, 2 is B etc. This would make the example measurements 36B.

38AA sounds about right for a male chest tbh.
