Off to stoke tomorrow staying till next monday.
The head cold has pretty much cleared just left me with a niggling cough.
My knee is still sore but much better, just gotta move slowly and its ok so long as i remember to take my pain killers. _________________ 僕は男の人です

okay.
Have failed the maths side of my degree.
Having looked at my options i have decided to change my degree to Astrophysics and Chemistry.
This requires me to do a foundation year as i didn't do chemistry as an a-level.
However i believe this is the best course of action for me. It means i'll be in uni for four years starting now and bar a few financial issues should be ok.
one of the big plusses is i will have longer to transition and get towards my goal of being accepted as the man i am before i have to start work.
Fingers crossed all goes well. _________________ 僕は男の人です

The Foundation year isn't as bad as it sounds. In all honesty i wish i had taken that first. The stuff they teach you goes from just before a-level to the level you should be at to take the degree. I know from experience the maths is well hard if you havent taken A-levels. They jumped in with things i had never even heard of, that they expect you to be able to do. Hence me failing the maths part the first year i was at uni lol
Hope it all goes well and good luck

Sorry to hear that your resits didn't go as you hoped. On the plus side, at least you're enjoying it enough to carry on with your degree, and you get to do astrophysics still.
I have a friend who did a foundation year before he started his degree, as he'd been planning on doing music and applied for physics on a bit of a whim! He's just graduated with a BSc, so the foundation year clearly stood him in good stead. I hope it's the same for you.

Okay, am registered on my new degree now.
I reached a great stage today.
I shaved for the first time, only around my lower jaw/kneck and upper lip but it feels great to have made a start.
But is there an easy way to shave the upper lip? It was really awkward to do. _________________ 僕は男の人です

I go at it sideways. You'll get the hang of it soon enough. _________________ The Daily Turnout - King of the Throne Room
