Just curious.
I am reading Clive Barker's Mister B. Gone at the moment.
I have heard mostly bad reviews about it unfortunately, but I don't usually let that sway me. I am a huge fan of Clive Barker.
So, what book are you reading? _________________ Whatever it takes to Escape.

Fantasy Island (Waking up to the incredible economic, political and social illusions of the Blair legacy) by Larry Elliot and Dan Atkinson. Equal Rites by Terry Pratchett. Fortean Times
Reading them all and a few more depending on where I am in the house [/i] _________________ "Everywhere I go I hear what' going on,

I'm reading PANIC by Jeff Abbott at the moment, it's a crime thriller and just an absolute page turner. _________________ Chrissy

I have a couple of books about Salvador Dali that I am reading at the moment. He's weirder than I am!

I now have three books on the go...
Ricardo Pinto's The Chosen, because I was after a fantasy book with a gay main character and was recommended this. I'm a quarter of the way into it.
Jennifer Fallon's Wolfblade which I'm halfway through, but it's not hooking me like I would have hoped, so I don't see me going after the other two books in the trilogy.
Richard Dawkins The God Delusion which is very heavy and leaves my brain hurting after a few chapters, but I love it, so ever so slowly am I getting through it. _________________ Whatever it takes to Escape.

Book Three of The Nightrunner Series by Lynn Flewelling
And may I just say, this is possibly the best fantasy series I have ever read! _________________ why so serious?

I'm currently reading What Becomes You by Aaron Raz Link and Hilda Raz. It's a memoir co-written by a trans man and his mother, a feminist writer. I'm really enjoying it - it's not a particularly easy read; you can tell it's been written by academic people - but it's very well written and is definitely worth reading. I'll be adding it to my Transguy Essentials list on Amazon as soon as I've finished it!

Sounds interesting, but I'm shivering at the thought of trying to write my memoirs with my mother... LOL There's no accounting for mothers!
ATM I'm reading Darkly Dreaming Dexter by Jeff Lindsay. I like a bit of depraved thriller right before bed. Keeps the nightmares away.

I'm reading The Mike Hammer Collection Volume 1 which is actually 3 books by Mickey Spillane shoved together in one book. I've read it (them?) before but as that was a while ago I thought I'd read it again, especially as I'd like to finally read Volume 2 at some point, and though I don't think you have to read these books in order I'd prefer to lol.

Yeah, I know what you mean!
They haven't actually written it together, as such - the book contains both their stories, but each one has written about themself, so it might have been a bit misleading when I said they'd co-written it. Still, I wouldn't even attempt THAT with my mother!
