After having read the posts from this and other forums for a while, it difficult to find someone who doesn't get their T or estrogen privately anyway. What happens if you tell you GP that you are already taking it without a prescription? Anyway, it seems odd that someone with the education he has would be so easily told what to do in his own practise.

Most GP's would tell you off for taking unprescribed medication. They can't actually stop you but they'd let you know that it is a very unwise thing to do.

I was under the impression that the standards of care said something about prescribing hormones being the correct thing to do if a doctor was convinced that the person would take them illegally otherwise. I've just had a quick skim through the SOC, however, and I can't spot that there...

By the way William, in the other avatar of yourself that you had up for a while a few days ago - has anyone ever told you that you look uncannily like a young Todd Carty - in his Tucker Jenkins days?! This isn't a bad thing, by the way Very Happy
