Hey i'm new to t zone and i'm very worried about many things, mostly objects that lay ahead of me. I'm a pre everything trans guy. And i want to function fully as a male. (if you know what i'm saying ) but i'm just worried about how much i will be able to function and which surgerys could enable me to. I've done some reasearch but information seems a bit sketchy around the phalloplasty area.
Any comments are greatly appreshiated.

I know what you're saying about wanting to function as fully male, but unfortunately the technology just ain't there yet. Currently, you can get a phallo that looks realistic, that you can pee through, and that you can make erect using a pump (the same as ones given to men with erectile dysfunction). It can't get hard on its own though, of course.

I haven't had a phallo, but I'm now at the stage where I'm beginning to consider my options, so have looked into it a bit. There's a few guys around who have had phallos already, so hopefully one of them will be along soon and can answer your questions better than i can
